As the name said - When you click on the advertisement link, you will get paid, simple as that! This type of programs helping advertiser to promote their web traffic as well as helping normal surfers to get paid while surfing to their sites.

Normally they will paid up to $0.01 to $0.005 per each advertisement sites you visit. Besides that, if you refer other people to join this programs, you will get $0.005 for each website your referals visit. Imagine that you visit 15 advertisement website per day, and you have 10 refers and each of them also visit 10 advertisement website per day. The calculation will be :

you = $0.01 x 15 x 30 days = $ 4.50 per month
your 10 referals = 10 x $0.005 x 10 x 30 days = $ 15 per month
Total = $19.50 per month
